Terms of service

Marketplace purpose

Restaurant Firewood is a supplier directory and lead-generation service. Restaurants browse and request quotes for free. We do not purchase or sell firewood, fulfill orders, dispatch deliveries, issue supplier payouts or collect commissions.

Supplier membership

Supplier Listing membership costs $99 USD per year and renews annually. Publication requires an active eligible membership, completed profile and administrator approval. Membership payment alone does not publish a listing.

Supplier responsibilities

Suppliers are responsible for accurate business information, their products, pricing, communications and direct agreements with customers. Directory inclusion is not a certification, endorsement or guarantee.

Review and suspension

We may reject or suspend listings following administrative review. Expired membership removes public listing eligibility but preserves the account, business profile and leads.

Cancellation and legal review

Manage cancellation through the supplier billing portal. Refund terms, limitations of liability, governing law, dispute resolution and company legal identity must be finalized with counsel before launch.
